The founder and leadership functions
Our founder introduces herself below, alongside the real leadership roles, what each owns, which project questions they answer and how decisions flow to the production floor.
Smart-glasses programs fail on accountability gaps, not org charts. This page states exactly which leadership function owns every decision from feasibility to shipment, and how qualified customers are introduced to the named managers and engineers behind a program.

Many factory websites decorate themselves with stock-photo “CEOs” and fabricated CVs. We do not. Our founder is a real person you can work with, and everything else we publish follows the same honest rule.

Other named managers, career backgrounds and direct introductions are provided to qualified buyers during vendor onboarding and audits, under NDA.
No account is handled through an anonymous trading middleman. You meet the engineering and quality leaders who actually control your build.
Request named leadership introductions via [email protected] or your factory walk-through. Executive CVs and management-system records are included in the company profile pack.

A direct partner for global smart eyewear projects — from initial product requirement to sample feedback and delivery coordination. Elisa leads engineering alignment, factory communication and schedule reviews, so buyers always have one accountable contact across the whole OEM/ODM program.
These are the functions represented on every program’s leadership review. Titles can vary; the accountabilities do not.
| Leadership function | What it owns | Questions it answers for you |
|---|---|---|
| General Management | Company direction, capacity allocation, major customer commitments, investment in platforms and equipment, commercial escalation. | Can you commit capacity? Who resolves a cross-functional escalation? |
| R&D / Engineering Leadership | EE, firmware, optical/acoustic and ID teams; EVT/DVT/PVT gates; platform roadmap (V03-T5, E13, K01); design-for-manufacturing decisions. | Is my feature feasible? What is the technical risk and test plan? |
| Quality Leadership | IQC/IPQC/OQC system, AQL policy, reliability testing, supplier quality, corrective-action (8D) responses and certification coordination. | What are your defect rates and how do you handle a failure? |
| Factory / Operations Leadership | SMT and assembly process engineering, production planning, line allocation, aging, packing, on-time delivery and facility safety. | When will my units actually ship and on which lines? |
| Supply Chain Leadership | Component sourcing, qualified partner processes (molding, lenses), reel-level traceability, material risk and export logistics. | How is a shortage handled? Who makes the frame and lens inputs? |
| Overseas Sales / Account Leadership | English-language account ownership, RFQ coordination, sample and certification programs, trade shows, reorder relationships and after-sales routing. | Who is my single point of contact and how fast do you reply? |
Because R&D and manufacturing share one building, an engineering decision does not get reinterpreted by a separate factory. The same leadership chain owns the promise and the delivery.
R&D leadership reviews the feature set; operations confirms a realistic configuration-specific capacity and lead time; sales issues the documented response.
Engineering leadership owns EVT/DVT samples; the named program owner tracks the open-issue list with you.
Quality leadership owns first-article inspection, reliability and third-party certification scope before mass production.
Operations owns line allocation and OQC release; sales and quality jointly own escalations, with a documented 8D path.
Leadership sits on top of working engineering teams, not a separate headquarters. Each team contributes to customer programs directly.
Mainboard and flex architecture, BLE audio/camera SoCs, power management and sensors — engineers who review your schematic and DFM questions directly.
Embedded firmware, OTA, camera and voice features, companion-app integration and SKU configuration for customer builds.
Lens geometry, transmittance and UV400 work on optical benches, plus speaker/microphone tuning on acoustic fixtures.
Frame architecture, TR90/nylon/metal materials, CMF direction and DFM collaboration with qualified molding partners.
SMT and assembly process, AOI/ICT fixtures, aging, AQL inspection and reliability engineering under one roof.
English-language OEM/ODM account teams who run RFQs, samples, certification programs and reorders, and route technical questions to the right engineer.

After an NDA and an initial technical review, qualified customers receive:
Senior roles are filled by engineers and account leads who have shipped programs through every gate. See current openings, departments and how the engineering culture works.
Share your program scope and we will introduce the engineering, quality and account leaders who would own it — by video, email or on the Shenzhen floor.
