MEMS microphones, speakers, camera modules, batteries, flex PCBs, hinges and optical film — qualified via sample validation, incoming AQL and periodic vendor audits.
No smart-glasses manufacturer is self-sufficient — the discipline is in choosing and managing the network. CYNRIN works with qualified component, chipset, optical, certification, logistics and distribution partners under documented quality and confidentiality terms, so brand customers get one accountable interface and one production schedule.

The CYNRIN model is deliberately simple: customers contract with CYNRIN, and CYNRIN manages the upstream ecosystem. Chipset roadmaps, lens supply, certification scheduling and freight capacity are coordinated against the program’s EVT/DVT/PVT gates rather than renegotiated at the last minute. Component suppliers are qualified through sample validation, small-lot trials and performance reviews; logistics and certification partners are selected for the lanes and markets our overseas customers actually use.
The same discipline applies downstream. Distributors and retailers joining the ecosystem receive stable SKUs, compliance documentation, co-marketing assets and after-sales backbone — not a price list that changes every quarter.

Bluetooth audio and camera SoC vendors and their design-in support channels, including reference designs, SDK roadmaps and firmware co-development for new features.

Polarized, photochromic, prescription-ready and waveguide lens suppliers whose output is verified on-bench for geometry, transmittance, UV400 and alignment.

Third-party routes through SGS, TUV Rheinland and Intertek-type labs for CE, FCC, RoHS and REACH dossiers issued in the customer’s brand name.

Air and sea freight via DHL, FedEx and Kuehne + Nagel-type forwarders, with battery documentation (UN38.3, MSDS), FOB/CIF/DDP handling and FBA delivery.

Regional distributors, online sellers and retail chains carrying CYNRIN reference platforms or their own branded programs, backed by warranty and spare-parts commitments.
Consistent component quality with lot traceability, agreed lead times and early warning on allocation or end-of-life changes.
Test reports, declarations of conformity, safety data and technical files delivered in the format retail onboarding requires.
Design-in support, anomaly analysis and firmware/process response within agreed service levels during NPI and mass production.
Rolling program forecasts, repeat-order visibility and framework arrangements on mature reference platforms.
Controlled BOM, golden samples and documented acceptance criteria rather than moving target specifications.
Structured payment milestones aligned to the program schedule — see payment terms.
Distribution partners take reference platforms (such as V03-T5, E13 and K01) or a private-label line into a defined territory or channel. Programs start from catalog MOQs of 500 units, with 5–15 day sample lead times and 15–40 day production depending on SKU and customization. The full mechanics for channel partners are summarized for distributors and retailers.

Serious conversations require protection on both sides. Detailed specifications, reference designs, tooling plans and pricing are exchanged only under a mutual non-disclosure agreement, which we can execute in the partner’s standard form or ours. Under NDA, chipset, optical and brand partners can review platform architecture, BOM direction and ODM roadmaps before committing.
Co-development projects define IP ownership, tooling ownership and exclusivity in the program contract from day one. Tooling paid by a customer remains that customer’s exclusive property — tagged, stored and never reused, consistent with standard OEM terms.

Pick, pack and palletization for distributor DCs, retail warehouses and Amazon FBA, with compliant carton labels and documents.

Air and sea lanes coordinated with forwarders under EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP Incoterms, including battery cargo handling.

Partner meetings are scheduled around IFA Berlin, GITEX Global and the Hong Kong Electronics Fair each year.
