LEADERSHIP & TEAMS

Meet the functions that own your program — then meet the people

Smart-glasses programs fail on accountability gaps, not org charts. This page states exactly which leadership function owns every decision from feasibility to shipment, and how qualified customers are introduced to the named managers and engineers behind a program.

HOW WE PUBLISH PEOPLE

Real leaders, no stock executives

Many factory websites decorate themselves with stock-photo “CEOs” and fabricated CVs. We do not. Our founder is a real person you can work with, and everything else we publish follows the same honest rule.

What is public

The founder and leadership functions

Our founder introduces herself below, alongside the real leadership roles, what each owns, which project questions they answer and how decisions flow to the production floor.

What is on request

Names, bios and introductions

Other named managers, career backgrounds and direct introductions are provided to qualified buyers during vendor onboarding and audits, under NDA.

What you never get

Generic sales intermediaries

No account is handled through an anonymous trading middleman. You meet the engineering and quality leaders who actually control your build.

Request named leadership introductions via [email protected] or your factory walk-through. Executive CVs and management-system records are included in the company profile pack.

LEADERSHIP FUNCTIONS

Who owns what in your program

These are the functions represented on every program’s leadership review. Titles can vary; the accountabilities do not.

Leadership functionWhat it ownsQuestions it answers for you
General ManagementCompany direction, capacity allocation, major customer commitments, investment in platforms and equipment, commercial escalation. Can you commit capacity? Who resolves a cross-functional escalation?
R&D / Engineering LeadershipEE, firmware, optical/acoustic and ID teams; EVT/DVT/PVT gates; platform roadmap (V03-T5, E13, K01); design-for-manufacturing decisions. Is my feature feasible? What is the technical risk and test plan?
Quality LeadershipIQC/IPQC/OQC system, AQL policy, reliability testing, supplier quality, corrective-action (8D) responses and certification coordination. What are your defect rates and how do you handle a failure?
Factory / Operations LeadershipSMT and assembly process engineering, production planning, line allocation, aging, packing, on-time delivery and facility safety. When will my units actually ship and on which lines?
Supply Chain LeadershipComponent sourcing, qualified partner processes (molding, lenses), reel-level traceability, material risk and export logistics. How is a shortage handled? Who makes the frame and lens inputs?
Overseas Sales / Account LeadershipEnglish-language account ownership, RFQ coordination, sample and certification programs, trade shows, reorder relationships and after-sales routing.Who is my single point of contact and how fast do you reply?
PROGRAM ACCOUNTABILITY

A named owner at every stage

Because R&D and manufacturing share one building, an engineering decision does not get reinterpreted by a separate factory. The same leadership chain owns the promise and the delivery.

Feasibility & quote

R&D leadership reviews the feature set; operations confirms a realistic configuration-specific capacity and lead time; sales issues the documented response.

Development & samples

Engineering leadership owns EVT/DVT samples; the named program owner tracks the open-issue list with you.

Pilot & certification

Quality leadership owns first-article inspection, reliability and third-party certification scope before mass production.

Mass production & reorders

Operations owns line allocation and OQC release; sales and quality jointly own escalations, with a documented 8D path.

THE TEAMS BEHIND THE FUNCTIONS

50+ engineers across the product loop

Leadership sits on top of working engineering teams, not a separate headquarters. Each team contributes to customer programs directly.

01

Electronics (EE)

Mainboard and flex architecture, BLE audio/camera SoCs, power management and sensors — engineers who review your schematic and DFM questions directly.

02

Firmware & App

Embedded firmware, OTA, camera and voice features, companion-app integration and SKU configuration for customer builds.

03

Optical & Acoustic

Lens geometry, transmittance and UV400 work on optical benches, plus speaker/microphone tuning on acoustic fixtures.

04

Industrial Design

Frame architecture, TR90/nylon/metal materials, CMF direction and DFM collaboration with qualified molding partners.

05

Manufacturing & Quality Engineering

SMT and assembly process, AOI/ICT fixtures, aging, AQL inspection and reliability engineering under one roof.

06

Sales & Account Management

English-language OEM/ODM account teams who run RFQs, samples, certification programs and reorders, and route technical questions to the right engineer.

WORKING WITH LEADERSHIP

How buyers meet the named people

After an NDA and an initial technical review, qualified customers receive:

  • A named program owner with direct email and messaging contact
  • Introductions to the R&D and quality engineers who own the configuration
  • Management attendance at pilot, certification and mass-production reviews
  • Direct leadership escalation path for delivery or quality issues
  • In-person meetings at the Shenzhen site or at IFA, GITEX and the Hong Kong Electronics Fair
JOIN THE ORGANIZATION

Leadership is grown from the product loop

Senior roles are filled by engineers and account leads who have shipped programs through every gate. See current openings, departments and how the engineering culture works.

LEADERSHIP FAQ

People, accountability and access

Why do you publish functions instead of a full management gallery?
We will not invent executives or use stock faces. Our founder is a real, named contact on this page. The other leadership functions and their accountabilities are public; the additional named managers, their backgrounds and direct introductions are shared with qualified customers under NDA during onboarding. Ask and you will meet the real people.
Who will be our main contact?
A named program owner is assigned before tooling kick-off, backed by R&D and quality engineers. Sales account management is your English-language front door; escalations reach general and operations management through a documented path.
Can we meet the R&D and quality leaders before ordering?
Yes. During a factory visit or video audit, qualified buyers meet the engineering and quality leadership who own their configuration, and can run technical and quality questions directly rather than through intermediaries.
How large is the engineering organization?
50+ R&D and engineering professionals across electronics, firmware/app, optical & acoustic, industrial design and manufacturing/quality engineering, within 300+ total employees at the Shenzhen site.
Do leaders speak English?
Sales and account leadership work in English. Engineering and quality leaders are supported in technical meetings by English-language program staff, and written technical documentation is provided in English.
Will the same people stay on our account after the first order?
Continuity matters in hardware: the program owner and core engineering/quality contacts remain assigned through reorders, with changes communicated in advance — one reason we publish accountability by function, not just by person.

Put names to the roles

Share your program scope and we will introduce the engineering, quality and account leaders who would own it — by video, email or on the Shenzhen floor.
