EQUIPMENT

Equipment categories and what each one proves

We list equipment categories and their purpose rather than publishing counts that go out of date. Line counts, model numbers and equipment age are confirmed on the audit walk-through and in the facility datasheet.

Specialized processes such as injection molding, mold making and lens blank production run at qualified partner facilities — see the honest in-house / partner matrix on the manufacturer page.

PRODUCTION PATH

How a unit moves through the building

The six owned stages, with inspection gates between them. Full process detail lives on the manufacturing operations page.

1. SMT

Boards are placed, soldered and AOI-screened from traceable reels.

2. Assembly

PCBAs, batteries, speakers, hinges and frames meet at controlled workstations.

3. Verification

Functional, optical, RF and acoustic checks against the approved configuration.

4. Aging

Powered burn-in and environmental/mechanical reliability sampling.

5. Final inspection

OQC against the agreed AQL, including cosmetic and packaging checks.

6. Packing

Branded packing, carton marking and finished-goods handover to logistics.

CAPACITY

How we talk about output

Capacity for smart glasses is configuration-dependent: a camera model with OTA provisioning does not consume the same line time as a standard audio SKU. We therefore do not publish a single impressive-sounding monthly number on the website — quoted capacity is always given per approved configuration, with assumptions for shifts, line allocation and test time stated in writing.

For your RFQ, you receive a capacity statement with: the target SKU, theoretical line capacity, realistic contracted capacity, current load in the booking window and the lead-time buffer. Existing customers can also review output against prior purchase orders.

  • Capacity quoted per configuration, never as a generic headline
  • Theoretical vs. realistic contracted output separated
  • Current booking-window load disclosed before commitment
WAREHOUSE & EXPORT

From OQC release to container

Incoming and line-side material

IQC-cleared components are stored segregated by status (pending, accepted, rejected) and fed to lines with reel-level traceability.

Finished goods

OQC-released units move to branded packing and finished-goods racking, labelled and ready for customer-specific carton and pallet configuration.

Export coordination

Licensed forwarders handle booking, customs documentation and Incoterms delivery (FOB/CIF/DAP supported). Shipping terms and lead times are confirmed per order.

FACTORY AUDITS

See the current facility, not just a page about it

Photographs on this page are representative visuals of the working environment. For vendor approval we encourage stronger evidence — current, dated and time-stamped.

01

On-site audit

Qualified buyers audit the Longgang facility in person: lines, labs, aging room, warehouse and quality records. Appointments via [email protected].

02

Live video walk-through

A real-time video tour showing requested stations, equipment HMI screens, current work orders and date evidence — recorded for your compliance file on request.

03

Facility datasheet

Line counts, equipment lists, floor plan, shift structure and capacity statement issued per program under NDA.

FACTORY FAQ

Visiting, evidence and capacity

Where exactly is the CYNRIN factory?
Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China — a single 20,000 m² co-located R&D and manufacturing site operated by Shenzhen Kingring Technology Co., Ltd. The full street address is shared with visit logistics and in the company profile pack under NDA.
Can I visit the factory before placing an order?
Yes. Qualified buyers can visit on site or join a live video walk-through. Use the contact page or [email protected] to arrange it; we send audit questionnaires and the facility datasheet beforehand so the visit is efficient.
Do you show real factory photos on this page?
The images here are representative professional visuals of the working environment, not audit evidence. For vendor approval we provide current, dated, time-stamped photos and video during a live walk-through, plus an in-person audit option — deliberately stronger evidence than website imagery.
What is your monthly production capacity?
Capacity is quoted per approved product configuration rather than as one generic number, because camera and audio models consume different line and test time. Your RFQ response includes theoretical and realistic contracted capacity plus current booking-window load.
Are SMT and assembly really in the same building as R&D?
Yes. R&D labs, SMT, assembly, aging, inspection, packing and the warehouse share the Longgang site. This co-location is the core reason engineering changes can be validated on hardware quickly.
What is not inside the factory?
Injection molding, mold making, lens blank production, third-party certification testing and export freight are handled by qualified external partners and are disclosed as such — never presented as in-house.
