Engineering on site
EE, firmware, optical and acoustic validation benches, including optical measurement, a shielded RF room and prototyping equipment.
The CYNRIN factory is a single 20,000 m² site in Longgang, Shenzhen, operated by Shenzhen Kingring Technology Co., Ltd. R&D labs, SMT and assembly lines, the aging room, quality inspection and the export warehouse share one address, so a prototype revision can reach the line the same day.

A factory is a physical place with a legal operator — these are stated separately so the record matches your supplier file.

Six functional zones on one floor plate, in the same sequence a product travels.

EE, firmware, optical and acoustic validation benches, including optical measurement, a shielded RF room and prototyping equipment.

Automated pick-and-place, solder and AOI screening feed verified PCBAs into assembly, with reel-level material traceability.

Electronics, frame and temple assembly at controlled workstations with magnified inspection and in-process (IPQC) checks.

Powered aging racks and environmental/mechanical verification screen early-life failures before outgoing inspection.

Lens transmission/UV400 benches, BLE antenna measurement in the shielded chamber and acoustic fixtures for speaker and microphone tuning.

Branded packing, OQC release, carton marking and finished-goods storage ready for export consolidation.
We list equipment categories and their purpose rather than publishing counts that go out of date. Line counts, model numbers and equipment age are confirmed on the audit walk-through and in the facility datasheet.
| Equipment / area | Purpose | Evidence on audit |
|---|---|---|
| Automated SMT lines (pick-and-place, solder, screen print) | Place and solder mainboard and flex PCB components | Live run, machine HMI, line routing sheet |
| AOI (automated optical inspection) | Screen solder and placement defects post-SMT | AOI program and recent defect logs |
| In-circuit / functional test jigs | Verify PCBA electrical function and programming | Jig demonstration, test yield records |
| Optical measurement benches | Lens transmittance, UV400, polarization and alignment | Live measurement against a sample |
| Shielded RF chamber | BLE antenna and radio performance verification | Chamber walk-through, test setup |
| Acoustic test fixtures (HATS-type) | Speaker/microphone acoustic performance | Fixture and measurement software demo |
| Burn-in aging racks | Powered aging to screen infant-mortality failures | Aging plan and rack capacity on site |
| Environmental / mechanical test setups | Temperature, humidity and mechanical reliability per plan | Test plan and recent report samples |
| Assembly workstations with magnified inspection | Controlled manual assembly stages with IPQC | Workstation audit and routing cards |
| Packing lines and finished-goods warehouse | Branded packing, OQC release, carton and pallet handling | Packing audit, warehouse walk-through |
Specialized processes such as injection molding, mold making and lens blank production run at qualified partner facilities — see the honest in-house / partner matrix on the manufacturer page.
The six owned stages, with inspection gates between them. Full process detail lives on the manufacturing operations page.
Boards are placed, soldered and AOI-screened from traceable reels.
PCBAs, batteries, speakers, hinges and frames meet at controlled workstations.
Functional, optical, RF and acoustic checks against the approved configuration.
Powered burn-in and environmental/mechanical reliability sampling.
OQC against the agreed AQL, including cosmetic and packaging checks.
Branded packing, carton marking and finished-goods handover to logistics.

Capacity for smart glasses is configuration-dependent: a camera model with OTA provisioning does not consume the same line time as a standard audio SKU. We therefore do not publish a single impressive-sounding monthly number on the website — quoted capacity is always given per approved configuration, with assumptions for shifts, line allocation and test time stated in writing.
For your RFQ, you receive a capacity statement with: the target SKU, theoretical line capacity, realistic contracted capacity, current load in the booking window and the lead-time buffer. Existing customers can also review output against prior purchase orders.
IQC-cleared components are stored segregated by status (pending, accepted, rejected) and fed to lines with reel-level traceability.
OQC-released units move to branded packing and finished-goods racking, labelled and ready for customer-specific carton and pallet configuration.
Licensed forwarders handle booking, customs documentation and Incoterms delivery (FOB/CIF/DAP supported). Shipping terms and lead times are confirmed per order.
Photographs on this page are representative visuals of the working environment. For vendor approval we encourage stronger evidence — current, dated and time-stamped.
Qualified buyers audit the Longgang facility in person: lines, labs, aging room, warehouse and quality records. Appointments via [email protected].
A real-time video tour showing requested stations, equipment HMI screens, current work orders and date evidence — recorded for your compliance file on request.
Line counts, equipment lists, floor plan, shift structure and capacity statement issued per program under NDA.
Tell us your time zone and audit checklist — we will arrange an on-site visit or a live video tour with the engineers who run each zone.
