Terms of Service
Terms for using the CYNRIN website and for quotations, samples and OEM/ODM orders.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Website content
Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided for general guidance and may change as products are improved. Specifications, certifications and configurations for production are confirmed in writing per project. Images may show prototypes, optional accessories or customized finishes.
3. Quotations
Quotations are based on the information you provide (model, quantity, customization, destination and certification scope) and remain valid for the period stated in the quote. Prices are typically quoted EXW or FOB Shenzhen unless otherwise agreed; freight, duties, taxes and destination certification costs are the buyer's responsibility unless explicitly included.
4. Samples
Sample fees and courier costs may apply and are confirmed before dispatch. Sample lead times depend on stock and customization scope. Sample approval, including function, appearance and packaging, should be confirmed in writing before mass production.
5. Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed by a signed proforma invoice or contract. Standard terms are a deposit before production with the balance settled before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are stated on the proforma invoice.
6. OEM / ODM scope
Customization scope (logo, colors, materials, packaging, documentation, firmware, Bluetooth naming, new tooling) is defined per project. Buyers must confirm they have the right to use any trademarks, artwork or technology supplied for production. CYNRIN retains rights to its own platforms, tooling designs and background technology unless otherwise agreed.
7. Lead times
Lead times run from deposit confirmation and written approval of specifications and samples. Delays caused by specification changes, late approvals, force majeure events or third-party certification bodies are not CYNRIN's responsibility.
8. Quality and acceptance
Goods are inspected against the agreed specification and accepted quality standard before shipment. Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be raised within the period stated in the sales contract, with supporting photos or test reports.
9. Intellectual property
Website content, including text, logos and images, is owned by or licensed to CYNRIN and may not be reused without permission. Buyer-supplied branding remains the buyer's property.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CYNRIN's liability is limited to the value of the goods concerned. CYNRIN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from website use or product supply, except where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms and sales contracts are governed by the laws agreed in the applicable sales contract; absent such agreement, the laws of the People's Republic of China apply, and disputes are referred to the competent court or the arbitration body named in the contract.
