AI Voice Interaction
Voice interaction lets users control glasses hands-free — capturing photos, taking calls, asking assistants and controlling playback while their hands stay on the task. The experience is built from the microphone array, voice processing and paired-phone AI services together.
Overview
Voice commands & AI assistants
On smart glasses, voice is the most natural hands-free input: the device is already on the face, close to the mouth, and the wearer’s hands and eyes are often occupied. CYNRIN platforms combine microphones, noise suppression and either on-device commands or paired-phone assistant services.
- Voice commands. Touch-to-talk or wake-word-style capture for shooting, calls, playback and assistant queries, depending on platform configuration.
- Noisy-environment call quality. Multi-microphone layouts and environmental noise reduction keep speech usable outdoors and at work.
- AI services via the paired phone. Assistant, search and generative features run through the companion app and partner services, so the eyewear stays light on power.
Supported languages, wake-word options and assistant integrations vary by platform and are confirmed per program.
Engineering building blocks
Core elements our teams tune together when shipping this capability on a platform.
How it works
The end-to-end chain
From input to user experience, engineered as one system rather than stacked modules.
Voice capture
Microphones placed around the front and temple pick up speech while wind and environmental noise are suppressed.
Processing
On-device command handling and paired-phone AI services split the workload for latency and battery life.
Action & feedback
Open-ear audio, capture confirmation and companion-app responses close the loop without blocking hearing.
