RFQ · OEM / ODM / Private label
Request a Smart Glasses OEM/ODM Quote
A structured RFQ lets our engineering and sales team reply with an accurate MOQ, lead time and price instead of a generic range. Tell us the product type, quantity, market and customization scope — we respond promptly during standard business hours.

The form
Fifteen fields, one precise reply
No generic price ranges. A structured brief lets engineering answer with the correct program tier instead of a broad estimate.
Before you request a quote
Six answers buyers ask for first
Most buyers want these commercial questions settled before they write a brief. Each guide takes about a minute and helps you complete the form accurately.
MOQ
Lowest-tier private-label entry through project-based ODM commitments, and which tier fits your launch volume.
Read the guideLead times
Sample, tooling, production and certification stages — and the four steps that protect a fixed launch date.
Read the guideSamples
Evaluation units and branded pre-production samples: fees, freight crediting and the approval gate before mass production.
Read the guidePayment and tooling
Deposit and balance milestones, T/T, NRE, tooling fees, amortization and mold ownership.
Read the guideShipping
EXW and FOB Incoterms, air versus sea freight, export documents and split shipments.
Read the guideCustomization
Logo, colorways, firmware, packaging and the scope boundary between OEM customization and new-model ODM.

Tell us the program, not just the product
Required fields are marked. The more precise your brief, the more precise our quotation.
Why accurate inputs matter
Each field removes one assumption
Four inputs decide which program tier the quotation lands on. Guessed answers are the usual cause of a price that changes after the first email.
Product type / model
Platform feasibility — and whether your needs fit a stock model or require ODM development.
Quantity and timeline
The correct MOQ tier and a realistic production schedule.
Target market / regions
Certification, labeling and documentation scope for that market.
Customization scope
Whether tooling or NRE is involved, sample requirements and indicative unit pricing.
The fastest quote is not the one with the fewest questions — it is the one whose assumptions were all answered up front.
RFQ FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Everything about what happens after the form is submitted.
What happens after I submit the RFQ?
Your brief is reviewed by sales and engineering for platform fit, feasibility and scope. We reply by email, typically with clarifying questions if needed, followed by an indicative program proposal covering MOQ, lead time, samples and commercial terms. You are redirected to a confirmation page after a successful submission.
How long does a reply take?
We respond promptly during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, GMT+8). Complete briefs with model, quantity, market and customization scope are answered fastest; inquiries submitted over a weekend are handled on the next working day.
Can I attach drawings, a BOM or a datasheet?
This form does not accept file uploads. After submitting, email your drawings, BOM, datasheet or reference images to [email protected] referencing your company name, and we will match them to your inquiry.
Can we sign an NDA first?
Yes. State that an NDA is required in the project details or request one by email, and we arrange mutual confidentiality before any detailed technical or commercial exchange.
Is there a retail price list?
No — CYNRIN is a B2B OEM/ODM source manufacturer and every program is quotation-based: unit pricing depends on configuration, quantity, customization and Incoterm. See the buyer FAQ for how commercial terms are structured.
Not sure where to start?
Email [email protected] or contact our team with a rough product idea and target market — we will help shape the brief before quoting.
