Cookie Policy
This policy explains how cynrin.com uses cookies and similar browser storage, why each one is set, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Effective date: 13 October 2026 · Operator: Shenzhen Kingring Technology Co., Ltd. (“CYNRIN”), Shenzhen, Guangdong, China
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your browser or device when you visit. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences over a period of time, so you do not have to re-enter them on every page or visit. Cookies may be set by the website itself (first-party cookies) or by providers of features embedded in the site (third-party cookies). Similar technologies, such as browser local storage and tracking pixels, may operate on the same principles.
This policy covers cookies and equivalent storage used on cynrin.com. It does not cover data you actively submit to us through forms or email, which is addressed in the Privacy Policy.
2. Cookies we use
At present, cynrin.com deploys only cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the website and process inquiries. We do not run advertising cookies, and any analytics or measurement technology may only be added after updating this policy and presenting a consent choice where required by law.
2.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for security, navigation and form submission. The site cannot function correctly without them, so they are set on the basis of legitimate interest rather than consent:
- Session cookies (for example the framework session identifier) — keep your visit consistent as you move between pages, for example remembering a form draft while you request a quote. They expire when you close the browser.
- CSRF / XSRF tokens — verify that form submissions (such as the request-a-quote form) genuinely originate from your browser, protecting both you and the site from cross-site request forgery.
- Consent cookie (cookie_for_consent) — records whether you have seen and acted on the cookie notice, so the notice is not repeatedly displayed. It stores a preference only, not a personal profile.
2.2 Analytics and measurement (optional)
We currently deploy only the essential cookies described above. If privacy-respecting analytics are added in future, their purpose will be to understand aggregate traffic patterns — such as which pages are read, approximate country, device type and referral source — not to identify individual visitors. Where such cookies require consent under applicable law, they will be blocked until you accept them through the cookie banner, and you will be able to withdraw consent at any time.
2.3 Third-party services and cookies
Some pages may embed or link to third-party services we use for legitimate business functions — for example, video content, maps or document downloads. These providers may set their own cookies when your browser requests their content. In addition, inquiry-related emails may use standard mail-server technology only. We encourage you to review the cookie and privacy policies of any third-party service. We do not control third-party cookies, and this policy does not apply to their websites.
3. Why we use cookies
Cookies on cynrin.com serve the following limited purposes:
- Operation and security — session continuity, CSRF protection and abuse prevention on inquiry forms.
- Remembering preferences — storing your cookie-consent decision and basic display choices.
- Measurement, only if enabled in future — aggregate, privacy-respecting statistics that help us improve our OEM/ODM information pages and quotation workflow.
We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or to sell browsing data.
4. Managing and deleting cookies
Most browsers accept cookies automatically but also let you block or delete them. Controls are generally found under the browser’s “Settings”, “Privacy” or “Site settings” menus, for example in Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge. You can also consult your browser’s official help documentation:
- Google Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies.
- Apple Safari — Settings/Safari → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Mozilla Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Microsoft Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the quote form from submitting correctly and may reset preferences on each visit. Opting out of analytics — where analytics is later enabled — will not affect the website’s functionality. On mobile devices, operating-system settings may provide additional tracking controls.
5. International users
CYNRIN serves business customers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, North America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, and the website is operated from China. If you are visiting from the EU/EEA or the UK, strictly necessary cookies are set on the basis of legitimate interests under applicable ePrivacy and GDPR rules, and any future non-essential cookies will require your prior opt-in. Information about how business contact data is handled internationally is available in the Privacy Policy.
6. Children
cynrin.com is a business-to-business website for manufacturers, brands, distributors and procurement professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly use cookies to collect information from children.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when the website, our service providers or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through the cookie notice on the site. The current version always supersedes earlier versions.
8. Contact
Questions about this Cookie Policy, the cookies in use, or a request relating to information you have submitted can be sent to [email protected]. For contractual and warranty matters, please see the Terms of Service and warranty policy; company and contact details are on the contact page.
